A positive change for local communities
CGR actively participates in the creation and increase of employment, nationally and locally, in order to promote young talent and help them acquire high-quality skills and obtain an optimal level of productivity. CGR will seek partnerships with organisations to be able to offer adequate training to its staff. Our long-term goal is to promote education of locals and also have a hand in the well being and good health of citizens, through first aid actions in areas lacking access and facilities.

CGR offers a real added value to the country economically, on an international scale. This exposure makes the country more attractive to investors and further encourages the extraction of minerals from the DRC, which is its core wealth.

CGR makes constant efforts to match the standards of an international refinery by respecting the environment, with the use of sustainable and modern machines that limit waste of raw materials and which favour their transformation in an ecological way.
